I hope this Blog finds you well in spite of these very difficult and scary times. 

I am keeping myself busy with near daily bouts of Jogging and entertaining my new son and my Poor, long suffering (5 years married) Wife. This Picture was taken in January this year on the Beach in Wells-Next-The-Sea where I spent the week of Our Wedding. WE Spent (oh man I'm in trouble). As you can see, even a simple selfie gets Gatecrashed by my wife. Groan! 

I'm trying to keep to a routine of sorts Day by Day, tipping away at Spoken Spanish on Duolingo and just realized that there is a web based Kindle reader so I can access my full range of Kindle books on my Laptop. So , for Instance a book I'm reading called "Unlocking Spanish" by Paul Noble is much easier to use and learn from when seen on my laptop versus my kindle screen . Anyway....

As for other entertainment we finally finished watching "Normal People" which seems to have become quite the zeitgesist watch round these parts. A real triumph for BBC/Hulu and of course Sally Rooney (Author), Alice Birch, Mark O'Rowe who adapted it , Hettie Macdonald and Lenny Abrahamson who directed and Lousie Kiely for Casting it, Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar Jones were perfectly cast. 

I'm reading "Thief of Time" by John Boyne which I am thoroughly enjoying, I have read two of his previous novels and this is also very enjoyabe. 

Throught the wonder of a Britbox trial my wife and I are loving "Mum" starring Lesley Manville, Peter Mullan and written by the brilliant Stefan Golaszewski.

Salutations Folks! Welcome to my Website. 

I'm Kieran, I'm 30 something and I'm an Irish Actor living in the UK. Actually to be specific I was born in the UK to Irish Parents and moved to Ireland aged 8. Still Confused? I came back to the UK in 2005 to seek fame and fortune (streets paved with Gold etc) and I'm still here! 

At present like I'm sure so many of you out there My Wife and I are in Lockdown at home but we are very fortunate to be blessed with our newborn Son! So he has been keeping us entertained and laughing throughout this  very strange time.

Like so many people in the Arts I do find myself curious as to what the future will hold regarding Stage and Screen. For now I am trying to stick to a routine as much as possible, Morning time with my Family, A run of 4-6 miles most days when I can pop a podcast on and try to escape, and trying to stay sane.  I've also tried to use the time to catch up on some reading. I have just finished American Wife by Curtis Sittenfeld which I can Highly Recommend.

I'm also trying to brush up on my Spanish which I've wanted to learn properly for years.

 When I'm not Acting , which , as any perfomer will tell you, can be frequent, I enjoy Reading, Running, Great Box-sets, Craft Beers and a bit of Gaming. You can find me on Instagram here
